Editorial Process

The journals published by Shahin Digital Publisher use the single-blind peer-review process, meaning that the reviewers are aware of the authors’ information but the authors are not aware of the reviewers’ information. The first evaluation of every submitted manuscript is made by some editorial team’s member(s) by checking its contents briefly. The manuscripts that pass this first screening test are forwarded to two or more external referees for a thorough review procedure known as the external review. Manuscripts that fail the first screening test are rejected without going through the external review procedure. When the reviewers’ comments on a manuscript are obtained, they are forwarded to the corresponding author including an appropriate decision; such decisions are made by chief editors.
